>hit 1pl8 OHP, 2pl8 BP, 3pl8 squat, 3.5pl8 DL.

get a decent job and decent body..

My goal for next year is to hopefully be less lonely than this and every other year.

2017 looks like a worthy challenge

Are you willing to experiment? Slowly limit your dosage. It may work(?)

>get a gf
I'm scared to state that this is a goal for myself cause it'll be even more depressing in December 2017 and I have nothing close to a gf

Say it out loud, say it with pride.
>I will get a gf this coming year

>cut from 250 down to 180
>be able to run 5 miles
>train for getting a 100 on the PFT for USMC
>study to get top scores on the asvab (I scored very well in highschool and had recruiters bugging me but I was always fat)
>sign on to join the USMC
>read more of pic related
>stay abstinent and never get a gf for many years.

You should swim for exercise. Swimming and calisthenics is the best way to get a good PFT score and knowing how to swim will help you a lot in boot camp and if you want to do a job like recon. The people who do the best in recon training are usually people who had a background that included swimming for sport.

Going for the warrior monk lifestyle?

>stop being a sad cunt
>get a gf

Thats literally it

>gf
>4pl8 deadlift
>finish up cut, then begin slow bulk

That's a good idea. I live in Washington state, near Gigharbor, we're kind of sea elves here(nothing but trees and water) so we're required to learn how to swim and lifeguard in highschool but I always enjoyed swimming, I learned to swim when I was 4.

I've never learned how to swim fast though. One time when I was 17 I got swept out by the tide when I was jumping off bridges with my friends. I was fine though, I just paddled until someone came and got me. I wasn't strong enough to beat the tide.

I feel like I need to become wiser and more self reliant before I try and get a gf. I'm 24 so I figure I might as well get my wizard hat and robes. Also as I've been reading more and more and becoming older I think I'm starting to find my faith, or at least finding wisdom from the Bible that I never saw before. I don't know if I believe in the religious principle of abstinence but I'm starting to strongly believe in the vice, and the lack of wisdom in youth.

More like the "no sex before marriage" rule is actually there to stop you from being a fucking retard more than stop you from having fun, if that makes sense.

I feel like right now I lack the self confidence and I don't want to end up like friends I know that joined the military and ended up married to 4/10 and 5/10 chicks that suck their money up while their overseas and away from home doing work.

I'd rather save my money and make decisions for myself when I'm financially stable, an accomplished soldier, a literate and educated citizen, and have a healthy and sound body.

Godspeed then, and come home safe.

Green weenie here they come.
1 more year left in my contract
Currently just got njped , loss of rank , e4 to e3(was close to getting sgt too)
Just think about it. It's not so much the hardcore drinkin and fightin institution anymore that the recruiters sell. I know thats what got me to sign those papers

Finish bulk this month and start my long painful cut into aesthetics.

This isn't my first cut, but this will be my first cut where I'll have something to show for it. Excited as fuck desu.

About to start putting together a site to track my gains/progress. Ideally gonna use it to limit my spending (i.e have to earn money to spend on myself)

Mainly so I can get up some development skills, and the added bonus of having a better way to log progress than in a book I'll forget about or lose.

Ideally gonna have it mobile friendly, and eventually an app (so I can learn app stuff) if I have time
