I never have this problem. Whenever someone asks me for a spot they get all their reps done without me. Or like need a quick tap on the last rep.

It's actually really dangerous to end up with 7 reps, it's outside of the strength range of 1-5 and outside the hypertrophy range of 8-12 so all your work literally goes to waste

Well all those reps have to go somewhere. From my understanding if you end up in the 7 range your reps dissipate and contribute to overall entropy of the system you are in. Dark stuff.

The real issue is when someone is spotting you and on the first fucking rep they touch the bar, despite you being totally fucking fine. Once I even told a guy, "Don't touch it unless I start to fail" and he fucking touched it the whole time, literally ruined that whole set.

For the past couple weeks one of the other losers that gets up and works out at 5am would come over and spot me without me asking. He silently comes over when he sees me struggle at all. I appreciate the thought, I've been pinned a few times benching because I'm so autistically shy I wouldn't ask for a spotter.

The whole entire point to get stronger is that by the 2nd to last rep you should be struggling to your absolute hardest to get the weight up. If you're able to do your last set clean, then you're being a little bitch. No pain, no gain.
