It isn't. Have at least one portion with every meal (very easy to do 2 or 3 though) and eat fruit as a snack.
For instance this is whet I am eating today: breakfast: 2 fried eggs, wholemeal toast, tomato and orange juice.
Lunch: chicken in a tomato sauce with kidney beans and mushrooms. Rice.
Dinner: left over roast pork with parsnips, carrots and a kale potato mash.
Snacks: apple, banana and mixed nuts.
That's about 7 or 8 right there. Before you say it it barely cost anything and I took up very little time.
You don't need to be Gordon ramsay but it's a basic life skill you should have.

I suggest you switch from skyr to the quark. Dont know about the UK, but in germany you get a whole container for 79cents, around 60g of protein, 20g carbs and around 2g of fat per container.
On a daily basis:
Breakfast: 330 calories
- Omelet consisting of:
Chicken file 70g
Spinach 20g
Liquid egg whites 50g
Eggs 130g
Tomato 100g
+ 200g Cucumber
Lunch: ~450 calories
- Own recipe protein pancakes:
Oats 30g
Liquid egg whites 200g
Scoop of protein 30g
Banana 100g or Strawberry 100g + other berries 100g
Zero calorie syrup 100ml
Dinner: ~700 calories
Salad 200g
Paprika 150g
Cucumber 200g
Tomato 100g
Cottage cheese 100g
Panga filet 350g (or some other type of fish or chicken)
Brown beans 250g
Zero calorie 15-20ml
Snacks: (not every day)
Apple, berries, zero sodas.
Daily intake is around 1500cals a day without snacks and 1600cals with.
(I'm not sure if its kcals or calories, correct me if I'm wrong).
