You can train almost everything with Dumb Bells, you just need lots of weight, and a bench would be practical too.

Chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, even abs. Its all possible.

Back would be a problem tho.

You will need dumbells that go to at least 80 lbs. there are some decent adjustable ones out there.

80kg bench
25kg dumbbell ohp (dont do bb)
120kg squat (when i could squat)
and i don't do deadlifts

I know my lifts are weak but i just lift for hypertrophy. also i have a hip labrum tear, hip bursitis and a cyst in my hip joint. fuck knows how it got so bad but i havent been able to train legs in months and wont be able to for months. Im pretty upset about it, I can see my legs shrinking before my eyes.

Most of the weight is outdated now, I've been moving up 5-10 lbs on everything it seems and more so on big compounds.

Have never bothered calculating bf%, worrying about that knowing damn well that I don't plan to compete in any capacity lends itself too heavily to autism lol
