My fave is the Hammer Strength seated row ; which I perform *underhanded* (Yates). You get a better squeeze, less elbow pain, and a great stretch at the end.

I also like the Pendlay rows from the floor...

Rows are absolute ass and pointless and you are better off doing high rep pull ups, weighted chin ups, and Olympic pull variations for a top tier back

do barbell rows instead, the stabilisation requirement of one handed makes it a less effective exercise for isolating back, underhanded rows also isolate it better anyway, in almost no situation is a one armed row good unless u just wanna flex on the gym showing how much u can row

I hated every variation of rows for years. Then I tired Pendlay rows and I love them.

I dont deadlift anymore because it always felt awful on my back and i had back pain after. I learned some thing online about sitting back into a deadlift and i think ill try that out when i get a chance.

Back day is ez, not to mention I get to do Deads&Weighted pull ups. What is there to dislike..

I get to the point where the reps are hard to complete, to where I'll fail touching my chest, yet I never feel shit in my arms or back from them. Been watching so many videos on them form shouldn't be an issue either, it's like they just don't work for me
