Bench
Fuck bench to be honest
This time of year I really don't know who's trolling or not.
No I'm serious, I've seen this before somewhere but I don't know wtf it is.
If you don't even know 1/2/3/4, take a break from posting.

95kg at 1.98m
>1/2.25/2.5/4
>all for 5x5
>Squat
Took me around 8-9 months to reach because poor and engineering student.
Might be my long as fuck legs though. Diddlies progressed the quickest, then squats. For upper body, OHP took around a month longer than 2pl8 bench but was much more satisfying.
This. Never heard of this shit before.
>85kg
>1/2/2.5/3

So 1pl8 OHP is 45lbs on each side, or 22.5 on each side?
22.5
>190-195
>1.5, 2.5, 4, 5.5
I'm a benchlet.
>165 lb
>135/205/255/275 x5
About a year lifting. For some reason my lower body was way less developed when I started, so my squat and deadlift are pretty low. OHP and bench started good but I've plateaued hard on them at 135/205.
Basically all lifts suck for me.

315lb x 4
How am I doing? I'm fat cutting weight so I feel like this isn't impressive.
Started in july, I lift 4x a week and have not missed a single day since this week.
Ok then
>61kg
>from 15/20/30/? (kg)
>to 27.5/50/70/70
in like 5 months or maybe a bit less
checked
I'm counting the full weight though, because I couldn't even OHP the olympic 20kg bar when I started.
It's 45 lbs on each side other guy who replied is trolling or just some faggot
LMAO how were you an anorexic?
I was just into the underweight BMI and sat on my ass for 18 years, so you could say yes.
I still look like a skelly but gaining weight every month.
bruh true story here
>when i started i curled with those crossfit dumbells
>2.5kg each if im not mistaken
i shit you not i was doing my best to curl 2.5kg
>today i`m close to 40cm bicep
not that 40cm is that much but hey, way better
tl;dr- we all start from the bottom
Nice, what was your weight when you started and what is it now?
It's 45 lbs on each side
>started at 120lbs 5'8'' skelly
>now 170lbs 5'8'' skinnyfat
>nope/1.83pl8/2.83pl8/3.56pl8
>lifting bout 1 year
I'm weak as shit but goddamnit I hope to hit 1/2/3/4 by end of January
i am the OP so 65 kg now for 173 cm
>when i started i was 47 kg for 169 cm
Damn, 47kg at 170cm is really fucking low. What happened?
I was 57kg at 180cm, now 61kg.
nothing happened and that was the problem, we make ourselves
> "eat big to get big" isnt even a meme
Mmm yeah I suppose, same here. How long did it take you?
Share your progress pics?
I did it when I started. but ended up injuring my shoulder, trying to work back up to the bench. second hardest was the dead lift
1/2/3/4

ohp is 185x2 and bench is 290x1
>6'3", 89kg
>45kg OH press, 60kg bench press, 100kg squat, 110kg deadlift (all 5x5, 1x5 for deads)
>the 60kg bench press because my arms were dying
Stronglifts is a meme and i feel like my arms are weak like a tiny baby. A-at least I'm going to have big boi legs.
enjoy your T-rex mode
>204

Lifting for 5 months, hope I make it by summer
93kg @ 185cm
1.5/2/4.5/5 @ 3rm
Why the fuck is bench so hard holy shit. It took me 3 fucking years to push out 1 rep of 2 plates on the flat bench its embarrassing
163 lbs 5'8"
OHP 95 lbs
Bench 155 lbs
Squat 185 lbs
Deadlift 275 lbs
bench press is the hardest for me
