World record holding (for his age) powerlifter uncle recommended this to me.
Still a DYEL but I'm making excellent aesthetic progress.
I personally changed all the compounds to 3x5, and tweaked some stuff to my personal preference.
Strength gains are slow but thats most likely just my bitch genetics.
