Shoulders

3 muscle groups, millions of exercises

What are good/best exercises to get bigger muscles?

Anecdotes, bro-science, I don't care

rings

Bumpin for interest. I have no delts from the front pls halp ;_;

My gym doesn't have rings ;_;

20$ on amazon

OHP (DBs is probably bettter for the deltoids)
Lateral raises
and rows.

you need to heavily work the read delt if youre going for that rounded deltoid muscle. Most people train their front and mid-delt WAY more than the rear one.

Oly lifts will put your shoulders to work, makes them stronger as well.

Behind the neck press. Wide for more emphasis on traps, narrow for more emphasis on triceps

Hand stand push up.

Upright barbell rows are criminally underrated.

Front raises, OHP, incline bench

I always heard that going behind the neck is a great way to cause shoulder impingement and nerve damage.

OHP.

db press, lateral raises and front raises on delt day

lots of rows on back day

Anterior delts are involved in almost everything. How are those lagging?

>tfw I've religiously done a variety of rows from the start, so my rear delts are golden

because it is

find yourself a side delt raise machine
abuse it

I'm partial to the face pull for rear delt work.

I BB and DB strict press. Are accessories like front raises and lateral raised a meme, or do they actually help?

What i'm getting at is i can feel a chest, tri or bi pump, but have problems feeling my delts

OHP, pushups with feet elevated, lateral raises volume, rear delt flies, rows.

that's it. no more, do that for 2 years, pprogressive overload and rest. strict form

Plz put doggo down

That guy has the double bicep mutation
