If you unironically say things like the above then you're deluding yourself. Deload and do sets of 20 to 30 reps; if you can't do it, then you're WEAK despite yourself.
Also if you can't run at least 5 miles at a decent pace without stopping, then you are WEAK.

I have a very physical job that has me waling 10+ miles a day should I still be doing cardio? I was thinking HIIT since I'm basically doing LISS all day because my body has adapted to it.

lmao this is me entirely. I spend my entire day shitposting and playing battlefield one when im not in class. Then I go balls to the wall for an hour and a half in the gym, come back to my dorm, take a dab and chill. Every. Day.
