Batman's Workout

youtube.com/watch?v=gfQ8u__-47g

Can we analyze Batman's workouts here?

What the fuck is the purpose of sledgehamming a tire?

Or pulling a giant wheel attached by chain towards you?

Or pushing a giant fucking thing of weights?

Is it all just strength workouts?

Normie shit they added in to impress normies, seriously though
>rich as shit
>probably has a proper bench press with a robotic spotter and an actual fucking squat rack
>actually doesn't and throws the bar after squatting for reps because it's more badass

But again lifting isn't badass it's just some guy struggling to do exercices and grinning on last reps

>sledgehamming a tire
anger management
>pulling a giant wheel attached by chain towards you
lats and upperback
>pushing a giant fucking thing of weights
legs and core

>Is it all just strength workouts
no, it's actually a cooking workout

>sledgehamming a tire
>anger management
THIS

Yeaah no fucking way he is doing pullups with 3 plates

that anger management thing might actually be a legit answer

is it really that hard?

>cooking workout

Nigga he batman

I have a feeling a powerlifter posted this, workouts like this are used for overall athleticism, Sled pushes work legs pretty good especially used as leg day finisher, pulling the tire of course is a pulling movement, sledgehammer is good for your abs. There you have it mr. powerlifter or whatever you are.

how is this normie stuff? Most of the fat powerlifters on here would get winded after a set of sled pushes?

>I have a feeling a powerlifter posted this

...pfhahaha you caught me!

Well you gotta keep in mind that batman is "peak human"
dude has a 765+lb squat

However, I also do cardio so I'm not your typical meme maximizing power pushing faggot.

...

>2 deadlift parents
>1 squat till you cry
>weight pull ups

thats all you need

Good and yeah dude I phase my training but if I was to have a phase dedicated to improving athleticism I would actually use sled pushes and sledgehammers

Yes it's pretty hard added 135 pounds to you if you're 210+. Try doing a pullips with just one plate attached to you, let's see if you can manage 1.

>thinking exercise machine strength and real life strength are the same thing.

Generalizations is for idiots.

symmetric strength says that world class pull ups wth 60kg(135lbs) is the 5 reps max
1 rep max is 80kg(180)

for a 70kg(160lbs) male that is, goes about 10lbs higher for a 100kg(220lbs) male

>crossfit

ant, etc etc

>real life strength
