On a bulk:

-Gain 2-4 lbs a month. No more.

- Eat only clean food.

- DO CARDIO.

- DONT START BULKING UNTIL YOU ARE 10%!

This is what happens when you bulk on cheesy potatoes, and bulk at 15%. YOU GET FAT.

No. Wrong.

He gained very little muscle. This is because he didn't do cardio (helps the body delver blood to your muscles) and he didn't eat clean (helps with protien systhesis, insulin levels, micronutrients, you gain less fat).

He gained 99% fat. He gained so much fat it's actually impossible to tell if he gained any muscle.

That is not 'looking better faster'.

Just gain 2-4 lbs a month, of mostly muscle, and be patient.

Would you rather clean bulk and gain

2 lbs of muscle and 1 lb of a fat in a month

Or dirty bulk and gain

1.5 lbs of muscle and 8.5 lbs of fat in a month?

The other problem is gaining 8.5 lbs of fat.... increases the time you must spend cutting. And ruduces the time you can bulk.

It honestly looks like he bulked way too fast to be able to become that much bigger in 2 months. That's where your mistake was, you should only bulk as fast as you gain muscle otherwise you're just gaining fat. Oh well you live and you learn. I suggest cutting then trying to bulk correctly again.
