The most I've ever strict pressed in my life was 82.5kg, and I was about 85kg at the time.

Now I reckon I could do about 75kg, maybe 77.5kg. My working weight is 5x5 65kg, or 5x3 67.5.

Today I did 150lb x 5 x 5, which was half the weight of today's squats unfortunately. I have strength to rebuild.

I'm 6' and 92kg. Today I managed 7 chin-ups. I neglected chin-ups for a long time because using the bar hurt my elbow, because it doesn't twist properly (I can't reverse grip DL f.ex).

thats why u should use fraction plates like 0,5 kg or even clips/screws/whatevs 0,25 kg each
