post your stats

OHP 105 lbs
Bench 155 lbs
Squat 185 lbs
Diddly 275 lbs

the squat, obviously

>The Press - 190
>Bench (paused) - 290
>Squat - 490
>Deadlift - 535

I haven't actually tried to progress my OHP in like 10 months.

3pl8 squat is piss easy. It comes down to your proportions.

OHP: 50kg
Bench: 80kg
Squat: I'm heterosexual
Deadlift: See above

Why do you hate squats so much OP?

>I'm heterosexual

No, you're just weak.

1 gf

I'm at
1/1.5/2/3

Nah my OHP and Bench are impressive for Non lifters.

The Press= 95lbs
The Bench= 115lbs
The Squat= 135lbs
The Deadlift= 205lbs

these are my one rep maxes and I've been lifting for 6 months. it's that bad guys. roid time.

inb4
>eat more
gained over 30lbs during those 6 months and my lifts all went up by 50% or more.

OHP 130
Bench 195
Squat 285
Deadlift 405

almost there lads, 1/2/2/3

Made it.

Spidey senses your DL form is compromised brah, that big a gap under 2pl8 squat is just begging for back injury.

Op here, I've been lifting for about 7-8 months consistently. I do have prior lifting experience but it was very on and off, mostly off. Eating more helped me break my plateaus. Give it some more time or maybe your form is off or you might just be tired

5rms

>The Press - 170
>Bench - 215
>Squat - 385
>Deadlift - 495 (1rm)

Lifting 7 months and 200 lbs @ 5'9" 20% bf

Am I ss+gomad mode?

Ohp 60kg
bench 90kg
dl 130kg
squat 95kg

all 5rm idgaf abot squat and dl

almost 2 months in
OHP 0.5pl8
Bench 62.5kg
Squat 77.5
Ded 118.5

it's pretty bad if you consider that i trained muay thai for a while during highschool, so i was an ottermode at the beginning

Op here, am I still dyell?

yeah I've never had back pain with it, but I was trying to move up too fast cause I thought I should be able to lift more and 205 definitely was a struggle. I lowered my working sets down to 155 1x5 and my form is much better. one day I'll post a vid for Veeky Forums.

My PRs are:
135 OHP
225 Bench
315 Squat
430 Deadlift.
I started of as a hambeast and ate at maintenance until I hit 1/2/3/4 then went on a 700 calorie below TDEE cut. My bench and OHP has gone down a bit, squat and diddly has increased but I also have lost 40 lbs of blubber so far so a happy trade off.

70kg OHP
100kg Bench
145kg Squat
160kg Deadlift

got ohp first, then squat, then bench. just got to get 20kg on the deadlift

60kg ohp
95kg bench
137.5kg squat
150kg deadlift

> 115/125/180/225 5rm
> sleep apnea
> premedfag
> know, in painfully intricate detail, will never make it
> too poor to buy rope and stool
> compensate by OHP in squat rack and other obnoxious shit b/c fuxk everything

OHP 160lbs
Bench 260lbs
Squat 342lbs
Deadlift 440lbs

I did hit 1/2/3/4 all for 5rm's as well, but I lost it when I started cutting.

Gratz, that sounds like very reasonable approach and outcome.

What's the time frame?

I don't press with the bar because of a shoulder injury, but I do log press.

Log Press 100kg (220lbs)
Bench 140kg (310 lbs)
Squat 225kg (500 lbs)
Deadlift 250kg (550 lbs)

estimated from symmetricstrength.

OHP 105lbs
Bench 174lbs
squat 231lbs
deadlift 242lbs

OHP- No clue, did it last it just after a month of lifting for 95lbs, probbably higher now
Bench- 155lb
Squat- 205
Deadlift- Don't do it but am going to start next back day

Getting the 405 deadlift for 5 reps took forever. Everything else was way past 1/2/3 by the time i got the deadlift down.

try harder faggot

also, about 2.5 months lifting

OHP - 60 lbs
Bench - 130 lbs
Squat - 150 lbs
Deadlift - 150 lbs

This what I do for reps I dont count one rep max bc thats kinda gay.
Also how to get DL up?

>135 lb OHP
>210 lb bench
>325 lb squat
>375 lb deadlift
OHP must have been the easiest. I was already squatting 315 when I started doing the OHP properly with a mere 90 lbs, it just got up to the 135 in 4-5 months. While that squat took me 2,5 years.
I can almost taste the achievement.
But isn't the 1/2/3/4 strength ratio kinda strangely proportioned? Fits me perfectly but I'm somewhat lower body dominant.

actual right at 1/2/3/4 plate, started with OHP in late june, finished with DL in early october. Haven't added much weight on some since desu, been kinda lazy. Swimming a lot more too now since 1/2/3/4 was my goal
OHP: 145x5
Bench: 225
Squat: 335 back, 265 front (I front squat a lot more often)
DL: Pulled 405x1 two separate times, haven't tried much since.

>OHP 120
>Bench 2pl8
>Squat 290
>Deadlift 4pl8

Joined the gym March last year, hit 1/2/3/4 and starting cutting in September. Down from 305 to 275 lbs at 6'2.

And my OHP and bench are impressive to lifters.

Your point?

Cares about impressing non-lifters that are probaply in the same ball-park if they had more faith in their own strength. As soon as they become aware of how little training is required to hit that they will come for you. Go for higher ground weakling. Or perish when the normies realize their potential.

1/2/1.5/3
I hate me, too. Bright side is, I hurt my fucking shoulder so now I can focus on squats and DL more + OHP (which does not hurt my shoulder at all).

>OHP 145
>Bench 235
>Squat 295
>DL 405
I barely missed my end of the year goal.

Bench 355 squat 520 deadlift 575

Press 225

>The Press - 57,5 kg
>Bench - 90 kg
>Squat - 130 kg
>Deadlift - 180 kg

It was my goal this year but i will need a few more months for my bench. The rest will be done within 2 months.

i love this haha

Bench is in 120kgs now, but I hit 180kg deadlift on Christmas , my final lift

1/2/3/4 was the best present I could get. Family didn't care to buy me anything, as always, but I got something that will keep me going

Merry Late Christmas brahs

does 1rm count

>premedfag
>know, in painfully intricate detail

This is what premeds believe.

OHP: 115 lbs
Bench: 185 lbs
Squat: 265 lbs
Deadlift: 285lbs

5'10" 161lbs

jesus fuck your ohp is poverty tier.

OHP: 125lbs
Bench:195
Squat: 270
DL: 275
5rm, 2.5 months of SS, 5'11" 160

OHP 175
Bench 265
Squat 300

OHP 85
Bench 115
Squat 215
Diddly 225

His everything is poverty tier. He has 1st week at the gym stats.

175/215/280/370

i have already got 1/2/3 for 5 but 4 plate deadlift seems so fucking far away. best i recently got was 3plate for 4 reps. best i ever got was 155kg for 5 reps. i cannot even envision deadlifting 4plate ever

Tfw 1.2/1.5/3.5/4.5

Why the fuck is progressing my OHP so hard? I've only been lifting for a few months, but it's by far my hardest lift. Is it because I'm cutting? Or does it just take time to progress?

All for a 5 rep max

Bench - 260
OHP - 185
Squat - 390
Deadlift - 450

I love the dude in the background's smile at the end

140lb OHP
220 binch
285 squat
320 diddy

Currently .75/.7/.5/.67/

How long will it take to reach 1/2/3/4/?

shit. meant .75/1.25/1.25/2.5/

I cannot do more weight without compromising form. I train to failure most days 6 days a week.

Training to failure is fucking stupid.

That's for 5rm. Still unimpressive even as a beginner. Gotta improve my form.

I achieved all of these within 5 months of lifting except for 3 plate squat. I can't rep that yet.

Full image

145x3/215x1/345x3

why is bench so hard

1. I'm not a fat powerlifter and don't aspire to become one
2. I'm Lifting for 3 months

Do you think you are fucking Gandalf you Elite Fedora Tipper?

For 6 reps:

OHP 100lbs
Bench 145
Squat 205
!sded: 255

I hate squats the most, and my OHP doesn't progress or I'm just not trying hard enough.

takes anyone a good 1 1/2 at least

135 OHP
230 Bench
225 squat
425 deadlift

Tfw so close to 4/3/2/1 yet so far

>225 squat
>425 deadlift
explain yourself

ohp 155
bench 235
squat 305
diddy 415

knees are shit and my mcls are deteriorating

>155 OHP
>250 Bench
>315 Squat (according to the calc, did 275 for 5)
>435 Deadlift

sorry dude the calc is usually wrong.. its probably less

pls help

OHP: 185 lbs
Bench: 315 lbs
Squat: 415 lbs
DL: 460 lbs

OHP - 100 lbs
BENCH - 150 lbs
SQUAT - 245 lbs
DEADLIFT - 285 lbs

/weak/

In no lift is your 1 rep max 40 pounds greater than your 5 rep max. Only in squat and dead variants will it be even 10 pounds.

Ohp: 420
Bench: 420
Squat: 420
dead: 420

Sounds like you forgot to try.

All for 5 reps

OHP : 105
Bench : 140
Squat : 225
DL : 230

>tfw chestlet

>squatting and deadlifting makes you fat

If anything they make you less fat.

Hated squatting so I never did it, I'm ashamed to admit.
Pls forgive

OHP: 230
Incline Bench: 305
Squat: 470
Deadlift: 545

Holy shit lmao you're dumb kid. As a rule of thumb, your 5rm is about 85% of your 1rm.

>that ohp
>that bench

How?

Been lifting for three weeks. Am I going to make it?

The Press - 80lbs
Bench - 110
Rows - 135
Squat - 160
Diddly - 225

All for reps (obviously). My squat form is a bit fucked. I think I'm going to drop down to 150 and focus heavily on form next time. Mostly mobility issues I think.

The Press - 165
Bench - 240
Squat - 315
Deadlift - 425

1 pl8 ohp was ez as shit, everything else took a while.

ohp 115
bench 175
squat 185 (lol)
dead 265

that was two weeks ago before i got sick

>premeds
>having a hard time

HAHAHAHAHAHA

Incline bench. Not sure what my regular bench is now since I've really been focusing on my upper chest.

OHP 225
Bench 335
Squat 455
Deadlift 500

Have I entered high-tier lifter status yet?

How much is 1pl8, actually? Been lifting for a year and half no idea what this shit means

1plate each side so 45+45+bar weight which is usually 45lbs.

Yeah but don't forget to subtract the bar.

Been lifting 6 months almost. Spent the last two of those cutting around 7-8kg and raising my lifts a mere 5-10 kg each. My core/back strength is a major weakness and I've been genetically blessed with t-rex legs.

5RM
57.5 kg Press
80 kg Bench
115 kg Squat
120 kg Deadlift

Would be nice to hit 70/100/140/160 by the end of next year. Reckon it's possible?
