Usually what i do for back are:
Lats pulldown
Chin ups
Rowings
Deadlift
Bodyweight stuff

i see a common trend, below average to average guys lifting weights to make up for their face. recessed chins, jaws.

It's not a meme, that's what I did for my back -> Using wider grip makes it easier to active your back insted of biceps

it is a meme,you can't curl your entire bodyweight+it's not that hard to learn how to use your back in a full rom pull up

Im not saying you're curling if your grip isn't wide, but it's a fact that widening your grip puts your biceps in disadvantageous position and therefore forcing your back to work. And thanks famal

I've never measured my back but I did measure my waist once and it was 28' on a bit higher bodyfat

Thanks for the advice. I typically burn out back day with pull-ups wide and narrow 4-6x until failure for each set.

I think it takes time, while also constantly changing up exercises to get a full back.

Should've seen my back when I was 6'1 155 lbs lol.
