stalling on Bench and OHP, and taking two weeks off while at my parents house is not helping.

I'm , my bench is low for 3 reasons.

1. I didn't train bench very much for my first 2-3 months training because I was scared desu senpai.

2. Squat and deadlift contribute more to your total than bench so it's more beneficial to have a big squat or a big deadlift than a big bench.

3. It's paused because I compete in powerlifting.

I've been gaining about 1lb a week pretty steadily without any significant increase in bodyfat (at least as far as measurements go, I do feel a lot fatter though.) But I'm planning on cutting once I reach 190 and that will be the cut to end all cuts, which is a bit more long term but we're talking within six months.

Overall I'm happy with my progress, just regret the collective 1.5 years I let slip by between the several attempts at serious lifting. I could be approaching my goal body by now (6'0 200lbs ~15% bf).
