consume no calories before your 4pm meal

I struggled cutting for many years
Then I realised that I'm supposed to feel abit hungry and even sometimes really hungry. It's normal. The idea is to get use to not giving in every time you feel the slightest bit of hunger.
Eventually your body just gets use to not eating so much calories and you become able to get by easy.
