Anytime at mopac/Parmer. Its comfy as fuck

I used to do cardio there during a trial membership. It's pretty small and cozy but not a lot of equipment

It has what i need and i rarely have to wait for any equipment. Moving closer to cedar park in a few months so ill probably check out the golds up there. Before here i was at the hancock 24hr which i didnt like. Is golds better than 24hr?

Gold's is the best all around gym chain you can find. It is more expensive than PF, 24h or AF but it has everything you may need for weightlifting + sauna and sometimes even a pool. Lines for any kind of equipment is almost non-existent at my gym
