Best Chest: Dumbbell Bench Press

Best Leg: Barbell Back Squat

Best Back: Weighted Pull-Up

Best Bicep: Dumbbell Curls

Best Abdominal: Planks

First three are accurate.
For biceps, single arm cable concentration curls are better because of consistent tension and flexibility of grip throughout the movement.
For core, it's really debatable, I'd say hanging leg raises or hanging pendulae are better than planks though.

bump for interest

is correct, so I will do my personal favorites:

Best Chest: Barbell Bench

Best Leg: That machine where you spread your legs, close, spread, close

Best Back: Seated Rows

Best Bicep: Dumbbell curls

Best Abdominal: I hate core day

There are none. Individual proportions and insertions and such will change the outcome.

the kegel machine?

What is the difference between the barbell bench press and dumbells?

you work each arm individually.

Dumbells allow for a greater range of motion which will incorporate more muscle fibers into the movement but i like barbell cause it looks cooler

lold at deadlifts for calves. doing em on your toes right babe?

speaking of adominals, whats the best exercise to get to be able to do 100 situps in one set?

Situps

preacher curls
5 sets of 30 everyday bby

If you do deads in the middle of the foot like youre supposed to, youll feel it in your calves like crazy

i mean besides situps, cause lets be honest doing 40x50x40 or whatever fucking sucks

you realize those curl bars (or any variation thereof) is actually worse for bicep development, just anatomically speaking right?

it's only there to alleviate some stress from the wrist, but it reduces range of motion at the top and bottom of movement (supination)

they should only be used if you're having wrist issues.

don't do situps if you care about your spine. besides, there's better ab exercises out there, lilke panks and hanging leg raises

Best Chest: conventional barbell bench

Best Leg: Deadlift

Best Back: Deadlift

Best Bicep: Deadlift

Best Abdominal: Deadlift
