groovy house, tech house and trancey stuff on this. regularly updated with new music all the time
gets me amped for my workouts
Different kinds of metal. Sometimes punk-rock
Someone recommend me some heavy shit
I usually listen to old Linkin Park, Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold and System of a Down. Playlist of a 14 year old, I know, buy the fast, heavy and loud with a good beat really helps me lift and run
I mean, come on
see: queens of the stone age is my go-to. i like to put on a song for the dead and imagine that it's actually a song for the dead(lift).

And just press shuffle
>No Tachyon
Plastic beach was a good album for lifting if I remember correctly
>pirate jet pirate jet pirate jet pirate jet

I AM THE BEAST I WORSHIP
I rule the underworld, guy
I don't usually listen to anything heavy or loud anymore (such as Swans, or even post-hardcore artists) as it ends up being distracting. As long as it's energetic the entire way through and catchy I usually give it a spin.
Hip hop like Run the Jewels, or even faggy j pop like Perfume usually do the trick for me.
This
my nigga
during my 5min cardio warm up, and cardio after my workout I listen to AM, strokes, pop punk, that type of shit with great singalong lyrics.
During my workout I'll put on deephouse, something really bass heavy mixed in with some hype edm for maximum narcissistic gains
goat tier running music
flo and the machine
My body hasn't stopped moving since I pressed play. I need help
Not my kind of lifting music, but it's underappreciated.
system of a down
