Idk what your program is, but if it's a three day thing just do squats and diddlies once a week and spend the rest of the week letting your upper body lifts catch up. (Also, if you're still progressing fast, I'd just get to x/x/3/4 before you slow up on the lower body. I'm about to switch back to 4 a week because I'm stalling at x/x/2.5/3 on lower.

ah yeah that explains it. speaking from experience, heavier people tend to progress better with squats and deads and suffer for the upper body exercises.

Deadlift fluctuates between 315 and 400.
