Well the part where you're not on the ground is good.

Muscles tear and repair stronger, provided you eat the foods necessary for this to happen.

Try this OP, it's much better for you.

thats the guy who died trying to outrun the train

when you can do 20+, probably not, except as a warmup

Is that obtainable natty?

he said he was but everyone called him fake natty. He's dead now

They won't help you outrun a train

Seeing his pics reminds me of what a foolish waste of life this was

How so

story?

He tried to race a train

lost

Doing push-ups on the train tracks and slipped trying to get out of the way

I hear they can stop you from beating a train in a footrace

Kek!

Just as crazy no matter how many times I read it

story inside wiki article... RIP Greg Plitt... great fucking physique model

also, dude was 6'1 and 195lbs...

Wow he really did try and outrun a train

Is there a video of him dying?

What a dik.
He did gallons of roids and probly could smash a lot of dumb good looking broads.
Then did weird shit and died foolishly.
Wonder if he got into gay shit and drugs and was killed.
Then cover story.
Maybe invovling hillary.

You can brag about how many push-ups you can do. The majority of people who don't lift will think it's impressive to rep out 50 push-ups.

Isn't he the body model of dr manhattan too?

If you are slow on the decentric movement on the pushup and have tight form, you will see gains.

50 pushups in good form in a row is actually good

High volume presses are less convenient but way more isolated.
>If your on the go-go or lack equipment they can definitely put a meal to use if your bored.
>Push-ups hit the chest, tricep, and a little bit of biceps. Can be great if you way a lot and can be useful for cutting if you are looking for high reps.

Is this it? Guy in a red shirt and it looked like he was wearing a red shirt in the photos before his death.

Never mind, different train #s. You can Imagine it now though.

I guess it is okay cardio if you don't want to go outside

ROLLING FOR PSUHUPS

Only if you don't do push-ups regularly and if you don't do them regularly then getting up to 50 in like three weeks is easy as long as you're not fat.

Rolling
Pushups for last two digits

It's weird because trains don't look fast at all and you always see people in movies running beside a train and jumping on with little effort. His mass probably weighed him down

Rollan

A passenger train moving people from a to b is going faster than a train moving carts full of coal and shit. The trains here run close to 50 mph, but a coal train with 5x as many cars and probably 15x as heavy moves slower. That's why they'll have like 2-5 engines moving cargo compared the 1 running people.

Trains also have speed limits, I'm sure with cargo they have to go slower where people are around because it takes so much longer to stop for them.

CAN YOU DO IT?

Dude was a ranger right when we started OEF/OIF, pretty based.

>53 complete push-ups is the bare minimum for an 18 year old soldier to pass the US army APFT

I'm not impressed with 50.

You're fucked m8 no way you're gonna do 2 pushups

Choo chooo
Here comes the gain train.
Ready to leave humanity?

Thats Greg Plitt who died like 1 1/2 years ago.
He was promoting a energy drink and claimed that the drink gives him the power do outrun a train.
He slipped and the train overrun him. kek
