How do you convince yourself to eat this every day?

I've drastically cut down how much meat I eat. I'm getting more calories and protein from plants and I feel like a new person. It honestly feels like my body is saying thank you every time I eat now, instead of feeling like I've got a pound of beef rotting in my gut. I cut out dairy 3 weeks ago and my acne just disappeared.

here is my after gym meal from today taste pretty good!

I made a huge batch of pasta sauce: courgette, onions, peppers, garlic, fresh tomatoes. Had it with an entire pack of tortellini. 1000 cals, 35g protein. Might do a lasagna with the leftovers.

4 days vegetarian, brehs. I'm missing meat already but the meat industry is real shitty.

I've never cared about calories. I just eat food with lot of proteins and carbohydrates. I am lifting second month and i went from 167lbs to 180 so I assume it is balanced
