My appetite is shit and has always been the main limit on my gains.

Thread to discuss ways to increase appetite.

Depression suppresses appetite.

I have just odered a gram of mk 677. Apparenty that shoots your appetite through the roof.

Short term sides: puffy or tingling feeling

Long term sides: nobody knows. Probably makes your dick fall off but that's a problem for future me to deal with.

Oh i forgot, if you cbf with pretend sarms, cardio in the morning is the only thing I have found to really help. Also weed.

Just eat more times per day. Snack on things. concentrate on calorie-dense foods and not bulky low-calorie foods. If you worry about not getting enough vitamins and minerals then take a supplement. Otherwise just MTFU and EAT.

What are your fav snack foods? I have been snacking on whole almonds but kinda bored now. I want something super convenient that I can make at home for cheap and just pour into my mouth while shitposting.

Do I really have to explain what 'calorie dense foods' are? Can you not read labels? Come up with your own ideas, look at what's in it, decide for yourself. I don't have any problems eating, and I really don't snack much, I don't need to.

I already take supplements. I snack. I just can't get enough food in my mouth without wanting to puke. It has made eating such a chore.

>Beans
>Grains

Beans are the only thing that will trend towards making you eat less because they're very satiating and full of fire, but they're high in calories too.

I am supplementing vit d and get good sun. How does social interaction reduce cortisol? I don't socialise much but i don't stress about it so I find it hard to see why it would reduce cortisol.

Social interaction is an integral part of health and human nature. It reduces the effects of depression and increases resistance to cortisol as well as the benefits of dopamine etc

It's why so many depressed people are often purely depressed because they live inside a room and don't socialise or get enough sunlight or exercise.

As above. Regular exercise, regular sunshine, good sleep and good diet. Good diet to facilitate magnesium, zinc etc and to cut out sugar which promotes estrogen.

I had the same problem as you, but I forced myself to eat more.

Just up the carbs you put on your plate.

Do it in small increments, and soon enough you'll be eating a lot more.

Insulin is released in response to any carbs to convert the sugars into glucose and glucagon. Refined carbs like sugar spike insulin rapidly and while insulin can result in lower blood sugar (which in turn increases appetite) it does so in a very unnatural way which, over time, promotes reduced insulin sensitivity and of course increased weight.

It indirectly affects your appetite but at the cost of overall health. Hence why refined sugar and processed foods and refined carbs in general are awful when eaten regularly.
