I'm about to start my first cycle of 4 months of 250mg test-e. Kind of been putting off though because I have a persistent shoulder injury so I'm not sure if I'll be able to go hard and make most use of it.

I do "shoulder dislocations" and cable external/internal rotations before lifting, no idea what it is. I'm thinking maybe some sort of labrum problem since I played baseball and done swimming for ages.

I used to think this but after reading the galeniko no-one method he seems to rave heavily about low dose test for longs periods. Thinking about just trying these 16 weeks first before deciding from there which way to go.

Its elevated but goes back to normal when i go off, usually the machines say im at risk for hypertension, but i can test again a minute later and it says normal range. If i die, ill die happy
