1 year of on and off lifting.

Most of these results are from a 3 month SS fatbulk (thanks assholes) and a long, shitty cut. Right now I just do startbodyweight in my house and don't worry too much about the diet (other than eating clean) since I really only work out for mental/physical health anyway - I've had a gf for 3 years and don't really need to impress anyone.

Oddly enough this is probably the best I've ever looked. Should I cut down this last 10 lbs or so or should I try to lean bulk? I've never bulked with calisthenics and I'm a little nervous about getting fat again. I might also just stay where I'm at 2bh; I still look way better than all my friends lmao

Just increase weight on your front and lateral delt raises user. Do single arm with heavier weight for front delts and cables for lateral delts.

Just started lifting and doing string lifts beginning routine. I'm 6'0 and 189 pounds should I cut or bulk? Also my TDEE is 2200 so if needed to cut I would have to substract 500 or 300?
