Help me out user, are pic related back extensions? I don't want to lie on the floor and do them. How often should I be doing them?

OHP is the only real answer.

yes, do them in pairing whenever you work abs, you shouldnt really need to target them as long as your hitting your back with different exercises like rows, deadlifts, and pullups

plenty of people can do leg extensions pain free, but it's a pump and squeeze exercise and should not be loaded heavily

deadlifts are most fun (because long limbs)
