Thanks, man. 5'11", 157 lbs. Just finished cutting from 247 and I've been lean bulking for the last 3 weeks. Ready to put on some mass! Cutting diet was 1,500 calories, but now I'm up to 2,875. Here's the PPL split I created for myself.

Don't overestimate your activity level -- if you can't decide between two activity multipliers, use the smaller one. Set a reasonable caloric deficit and stick to it. Monitor your weight and make minor adjustments to your calorie intake as necessary to maintain adequate weight loss. That's really all there is to it. Lift heavy and keep your protein intake high to preserve the muscle mass you already have while you shed the fat. That's really all I did...

Are veins on a woman bad/unattractive? I get big visible veins on my arms when I'm working out, I don't think they're attractive, but my boyfriend says he likes them.
