Biased studies? I don't know not like I see an actual source that has more information on who payed for the study and how it was actually done. All I know is the two top people who study aging in the world right now are Valter Longo and Mark Mattson. They both seem to come to the conclusion that high amounts of protein in a diet is actually bad for you. Google Mark Mattson he is funded by the government and the number one referenced neuroscientist in the world.

I understand that perfectly well, I'm just stating a counter argument. Regular air travel increases cancer risk far more than a moderate amount of meat. Moving to a less crowded and polluted city does far more for longevity than any radical diet. Increasing the variety and quality of the food you eat will do more for most people in the "unhealthy" group (for which this whole meat-increases-cancer-risk thing applies far more) will do more.

Well, to be honest I would not care about fucking cancer or the environment. I just care about results and my main interest is propagating off spring and surviving. It is just the question of high amounts of protein getting in the way of said goals. I just wanted to state it and see what results might come.

Well the point is not to be vegan, these Okinawa people ate meat I am more along the lines of thinking if protein is an IGF1 control switch that it could be toggled on and off. I think that is why intermittent fasters get good results they are turning on and off the grow switch. Like suppose for a second if you will you would have a low meat intake days and high meat intake days almost like carb loading. Why wouldn't this provide some type of benefits?
