My journey was about two years long and it's still ongoing.

Mainly doing Weight Lifting and Kickboxing. 5 Times a Week

This is what happens when you don't lift.

You just end up still looking like a soft flabby shitty body when you cut down.

Can't you read? I said I lift

Post your routine and caloric/macro intake, because that's disgusting progress for 3 years.

I have this feeling that you did not track anything diet wise, and just did a bro-split the entire time lifting light weights doing 10 different variations of curls.

Monday: Kickboxing
Tuesday: Swimming
Wednesday: Lifting Weights
Thursday: Kickboxing
Friday: Lifting Weights

Gym Routine:

4x8 Squats
4x8 Diddylifts
4x8 Incline Dumbbell Benchpress
3x8-12 pullups
4x8 Shoulder press
3x8 Triceps Rope Pushdowns (If it's the correct term in english)

Daily calorie intake about 1700-1800 with self made food (Fresh stuff) and I cut out the soda shit.

Never did a brosplit or curls

It also was about two years because the first pic was made in the end of 2014

You're supposed to lift more than twice a week on a full body.

Should be lifting every other day on a full body, or at least 3 times a week.

I'm guessing you are pathetically weak.

Not really a transformation but I couldn't find a progress thread.

I've been lifting for about 6-7 months (after surgery and taking a a couple of years off).

I weigh 158lbs in both pics.

OHP 40kgx5 to 55kgx5
Bench 60kgx5 to 90kgx5
Squat 90kgx5 to 120kgx5
Deadlift 120kgx5 to 160kgx5

I went from a dirty fucking DYEL troll to an aesthetic B E A S T in just four months by consuming the dietary shakes of people who died at my work. These motherfuckers had legit high queality formulas that make Soylent look like Denny's fizz powder, and kept the sugars low. I swear on me mum that shit had me gaining 10lbs, and since I go heavy with high volume and do cardio, it was almost all muscle m8's.

Five months later, also the cook used me as a receptacle for leftovers. She's like a 64 year old hippie who wants to do coke and shrooms with me and my supervisor at te fire station where her husbando works (I think he'd do it too), should I take her up on it?

Right - March, Age 18, 170lb

Currently 190ish and gaining until I hit 220 then I'll cut.

Just ate hella and had fun at the gym with my bros. Eating a lot is all it took to gain all that weight, making sure it's mostly protein and carbs wasn't hard. Also back for anyone who wanted to see
