Anybody else shit 3 times within an hour of waking up? All regular sized shits of good consistency too. I'll also shit once or twice later in the day. Only supps I take are fiber, magnesium, potassium, and lysine (oral herpes). Fiber is since I eat high protein low carb.

Similar problem here. It's the bright screen m8. You could put in the same amount of work getting up at 8 and going to bed at midnight, yet your sleep cycle always seems to push onward, doesn't it? It's the screen. Your body won't show signs of tiring as long as you're looking at a bright screen.

I'm trying to fix my own sleep schedule lately but it's really fucking hard. The only consistent method is to force yourself to turn off the computer 1-2 hours before your planned sleep time. Then you have to think of something to do until you feel tired or time's up.

Rise at five, run at half past for an hour, juice, shit, shower, leave for work at seven. Home gym, but can't lift in the am cuz my neighbour is fresh out of heart surgery and I have to batter the garage door down to get at my equipment. Don't want to shock him. Shame as I am brimming with energy in the morn, but half past fucked at night. Never gonna make it.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Wake up and live, love, and laugh :)
