I dig chowing on some seaweed here and there. I have seen a lot of my students eating it, and the macros are pretty great.

i'd say find yourself a healthy low cal dip and get lots of raw veggies. or hummus.
Pork rinds have no carbs as well. Not as healthy as peas or seaweed tho, but they do have protein.
fritos? Korn nuts? sunflower seeds? there not perfect, but there not to terrible for you. Idk if those fit the bill

sunflower seeds have super calorie density though so you'd eat a handful and end up eating like 200 cal

Rice crackers are pretty good. Relative to chips and regular crackers anyway... if you're doing keto or something low carb they probably aren'tgood enough
