Lunch is gonna be about 6 oz shioyaki salmon, half an avocado, kim chee, and jalapeno.

Dinner might be a steak if I feel depleted enough after my workout, otherwise maybe just some sardines and miso soup.

morning: bowl of cereals (about 300 cals) + 1 little chocolate bar (about 50 cals) + a bit of honey (maybe 100 cals luckily)
evening: pig meat (150-250 cals) + 2 fried eggs (300 cals + oil, I don't know how many cals for oil) + 400g of fries (308 cals + oil)
I still should drink a banana-peanut butter-soy milk shake and a soy protein shake but it's gonna be a fucking hell drinking all that and cleaning the blender twice. And I'll be lucky if I reach more than 2000 cals with that.
