The thing you need to remember about diets and eating healthy is that it's very bad to treat it like dogma that you absolutely CAN NOT break. You will fuck up at some point, everyone does (the entire point of a "cheat day" is to isolate fuck ups to one day of the week). The important thing is to recognize when you messed up and make sure that kind of eating doesn't become the norm.

For many fatties, that's why they say dieting is "too hard", because they try to hold themselves to a standard that their body and mind aren't prepared for, so when they slip once they think they're not cut out for dieting and they fall back into old habits.

OP, you're going to be fine, one extra burger once isn't going to instantly block your arteries and undo all the effort you've put in thus far.
