Hey guys. So...I'm a 20 y/o female and I fat/obese and I decided to lose some weight in order to feel and look better. I've been going to the gym for about 6 months and I stoped eating like shit but somehow I haven't lose weight or sizes I don't know what is going on with me and I would like some advise from you guys. thank you. this is how my body looks

most women don't work out at the gym, they use the least amount of weight possible to the point where they risk injury because there's absolutely 0 resistance. They do some poses where their butt is as visible as possible for like 10 reps then go back to their phones

Do what penn jillette did and make all food taste shit. His rule was don't eat anything but unseasoned potatoes. Could have them steamed, baked, or boiled but no added salt sugar or fat.
