Deadlifting is best done right after squats. Train these 5 days a week.
I've been doing this for 6 months and can deadlift 185 lbs and squat 135 for reps.
Squatting is by far the most miserable hour of my week and I'm not even to 2 plate yet, but I do it because that's what everyone says I have to do.
