I started taking DNP yesterday to start losing a bunch of fat I've never been able to get rid of. Its day two and holy shit. I'm pouring sweat and feeling warm all the time. This crap is going to make the next few weeks suck. If it really does burn off half a pound to 2 pounds of fat a day I'll be amazed and very happy.
On it currently, day 5. Down 6 pounds, sweats aren't too too bad since it's winter in NY.
250mg a day.

If you don't know how to diet properly now you'll just put it all back on when you get off it

One thing that doesn't get mentioned often, is how you can smell on it. I'd already taken 2 weeks for vacation, but I'm glad I did. I smell like a bottle of outdated multis. The only thing that covers it is some horse strength ben-gay I have. Not that it's a much more pleasant smell.

I know how to diet properly. I'm in my 30s have a decent income and can afford to stick to fresh vegetables and shit loads of meat and healthy fats. I'm not drowning in mt dew and McDonald's up in here.

How much are you taking? Are you controlling your kcals and lifting? If you're not then you're just wasting your time and money.
And is right that this is pointless if you can't diet to begin with.

The guys at enhanced athelete say taking different vitamins and supplements like sarms stops some of that. Like the catabolism that often occurs during weightloss can be stopped with a sarm known for preserving muscle by preventing it from breaking down and causing bad breathe and odor.
On that note. I am taking yohimbine and a fat burner to release more fat while I'm running dnp. You can hit the receptor sites on fat cells to essentially drain them and make their energy more available to burn by dnp

I work 13 hours a day at a physical job and then lift heavy at my gym. I might do shit loads of cardio while I am on dnp since it multiplies the caloric burn from cardio by 3 or 4.

>DNP >t is a precursor to other chemicals and is biochemically active, inhibiting energy (adenosine triphosphate, ATP) production in cells with mitochondria. Its use in high doses as a dieting aid has been identified with severe side-effects, including a number of deaths
Anyone who knows anything about biology know that this stuff does not belong in the body and is a severe poison that inhibits basic biological processes.
