Honestly no one actually cares if you're 6', it's fairly average here in America. I get compliments but they're just from my family, one that is full of manlets except for my Irish grandpa.

For some reason 4/5 guys my age grew up to be 6'-6'10" in my small town all between 200-280 pounds. Maybe 25 total. Based alaskan islands i guess. Never really noticed i was tall till started travelling.

Being tall you don't really notice it that much except when it's a bother. Small cars suck, and you'll smash you head on random low hanging objects a lot more. I was awkward and lanky as fuck as a young'un. Plus it's harder to make the gains and do big ego lifts.
All inconvenience aside, I didn't realize what an asset it was until I hit college.
You get a lot of random compliments and female attention from the height, which is nice because I'm pretty autist when interacting with the womens. Guys won't fuck with you and it's pretty easy to make yourself intimidating. Also height is correlated with higher salaries, better health, and overall attractiveness. Still, all the height in the world can't overcome your overall character. It gives you an edge, but isn't the make or break some make it out to be. All these self pitying manlet threads piss me off because it's just a way for self loathing manlets to blame something out of their control for their failures. That's bullshit, you are what you make of yourself.

he's still has very unusual body for an average American. I'm 6'0 with a slim waist and athletic upper body and I have serous difficulties to find clothes that fit in all kind of stores. Being way higher than an average American manlet while also being Veeky Forums is a way more bigger challenge

The 3" in height doesn't really make that much of a difference between the clothes that he wears and what you wear; think of it like it's 1.5" in his legs and 1.5" in his torso -- really not much.

The main struggle is finding a good fit for the slim waist and large chest. I feel you on that one but it has nothing to do with his height being 6'3".

Im 5'8'' my sisters bf is 6'1'' and he can wear 90% of my clothes, they fit him well, but as the other user mentioned its more about the proportions not the height.
