I just started lifting six months ago, seriously. These last couple of weeks have been kind of interesting for me. I feel like I'm going through puberty again. I'm horny all the time, I get zits (haven't had any in years), and my very modest beard growth is growing thicker.
Am I just imagining things, or did anyone here experience something similar?
I took a break lifting and got back into it again aged 24. Lifts went up fast, i grew a beard for first time. Not saying it was down to lifting tho but yeah.. like a second wind.
Luis Moore
test rises when lifting estrogen drops when losing fat I guess it could work that way
Jacob Jackson
probably just going through puberty for the first time, pussy
Cameron Scott
My friend got a lot of beard and jaw development when he was about 22. He got more masculine basically. I feel like my jaw has gotten better since I started lifting as well (started at 22, 24 now, will see better once I cut), and I've gotten slightly better facial hair growth, but it's still pretty bad. A bit more on my chest as well.
I hope I get a second puberty because my first one was pretty bad desu. Developed late, didn't eat and sleep a lot so I probably messed up a whole bunch of shit.
Kevin Diaz
Girl on the left is so hot
Luke Stewart
Who is the girl on the left
Chase Morales
Can confirm Started lifting and >chest hair >facial hair >Improved sex drive >suddenly get much sweatier
But I also started sleeping and eating right..so it could be a combination.
Cooper Hernandez
She's a porn star, she went to high school with my EX. I forget her name though, maybe a google image search can help you?
Never been so attracted to someone on a screen before lol
Jordan Sanchez
Ran track and XC in high school, went to college on a running scholarship, ran on a partial stipend after college from a major shoe company. Ran as much as 70 miles per week, 100 in college, 110 after. Stopped running after I ran out my option with the shoe company, started lifting when I went back to school for my MA. Had this exact experience. EVERYTHING changed.
Julian Sanders
So underwhelming.

hnnnngg
Josiah Edwards
>she's anti trump
Fucking DROPPED hard.
Luke Bell
It just happens to men honestly. The average age for a man's body to fully stop developing is 25. If you were a late bloomer and you started working out in your late 20's you might finally be finishing growing up
Parker Collins
I started lifting 3 weeks ago and quit drinking alcohol entirely (used to drink 3-4 times a week)
I'm 22 years old, never had a beard or moustache. My body and face look 12-year old with zero exaggeration. Struggle to get erections and have zero sex drive.
Is there any hope that I ever become a man?
Jackson Hernandez
>choker
Goddamn I'm a sucker for this shit every time
Xavier Wood
Honestly? Yes. Just keep doing what you're doing, drink water and eat clean, get good rest. You'll make it.
Mason Foster
Sure. Remember to eat fat. It's important for your hormones, i.e. testosterone.
Josiah Gutierrez
I'm 23 and still have a babyface (and dick). I have very little facial and armpit hair, but have a normal amount of pubic hair around my groin. I've been lifting for 2 years, is there any hope of a 2nd puberty happening to me? Is it too late?
Nolan Jenkins
Yes there is hope. Some people are just late bloomers. I looked like 12 when I was in my teens. Eat healthy, get plenty of fresh air, lift heavy, take your supplements, visit a sauna, stress your body, masturbate to trannies to boost test etc.
Colton Hill
>I'm doing things that stimulate production of more sex hormones >Why am I experiencing the effects of more sex hormones
Anthony Scott
Yea its fucking great, I also hit this second puberty, get my test levels to natural ones again, even to high ones as I focus on test now.
I am enjoying video games again. I am feeling normal emotions again.
It feels great to be awake again. The only problem is that almost nobody else feels like this.
When I think back on how I felt when I was fat, I can see the pain in people's eyes. And then I realize that I may be very well alone now in this sublime state of mine. Well not alone, just rarer as the people in sports clubs obviously still are like me.
Jacob Sanders
So, what would the female equivalent of this phenomenon be like?
Tyler Diaz
probably doesnt exist because for normal female functioning, even the environment doesnt really play a huge role. All they get is a bit more cancer, but their estrogen needs not to be worked upon like testosterone for the males. Its a default state.
As long as they dont eat contraceptives, and are not too fat (still can be kinda fat), they are in their "peak" lol
Angel Barnes
False, girls suffer from high estrogen and low test every bit as much as males and tend to have the added complications of thyroid
Female equivalent is exactly the same, hence why there are so many female semen demons in the average gym
Samuel Price
so high estrogen and low test in women also causes depression? Obviously not near the male levels but at their baselines?
Eli Hall
>Female equivalent is exactly the same, hence why there are so many female semen demons in the average gym wait what Could you explain this abit further please?
Colton Murphy
Yeah I'm going through second puberty too, adult onset acne, testosterone boost, Adams apple growing, libido through the roof. I just got treatment for the acne and everything else is sweet
Brandon Cruz
Estrogen is produced from testosterone, just much more in men. Both men and women require both to stay sexually, physically and mentally healthy and both suffer the same effects when the ratios are out of sync
The common thing for fat, lazy shits in the west who don't get enough sunshine, eat poorly and don't exercise enough is, just like we've described, higher estrogen and lower test, regardless of sex.
It just happens to be that women can tolerate slightly more rapid changes of estrogen, and slightly higher amounts, and have less test. Their ratio is different but the results and effects are the same.
So >so high estrogen and low test in women also causes depression? Obviously not near the male levels but at their baselines? Yes, this.
Benjamin Adams
Is there a source for this? Because if there is, I could also feel superior over women in the sports regard. Kek
Jace Morris
wow you certainly are one special snowflake ;)
Ryder Johnson
Thats interesting, i knew all this for men but didnt know it applied to women aswell So this tells me if i want a girl with a good sex drive i need one who works out, cool...makes my job alot easier i guess
Logan Jenkins
lol not special, just rare. Think about these numbers
>60% obesity/overweight rate that is still rising >only 5% success rate in losing weight and keeping it that way in the long term
The lower class got fat, and now the middle class is also getting fatter, though at a slower pace.
But the trend is still the same, even in middle class sports clubs the membership is dropping.
Angel Morgan
Mostly going from memory so I'm probably patchy, google will know more than I do.
Hudson Gonzalez
You know how it goes user, you yourself go to google, find an article that is closest to your memory and then give it to us. I do it all the time here when someone asks me for a source.
Liam Howard
Kek
Ryder Jones
who is this semen demon?
Blake Baker
I can kinda relate, I'm nearing 20 and just got my first gf, hormones are just flowing all over the place so I'm also sharing your symptoms, slightly more acne (mostly around my shoulders), increased libido (I can fap 2-3 times a day where as earlier once every few days was plenty) and slightly fuller facial hair And people say gfs are gains goblins, enjoy your decreased test
Thomas Myers
>normalfags
Anthony Cooper
could it be your body is finally getting the calories and stuff you need
Ethan Long
It's all yours my friend.
Dylan Cook
My sisters current first and only bf was shorter than her when they started going out at 21, shes just under 6ft. A year later he was 6'4" with a full beard. Hes still kind of a beta but never seen someone with so much drive to do creative work. >tfw your sis is a steroid
Carter Cooper
kek
Jace Green
6'4" is a gross exagerattion actually nore like 6'2" but still a significant growth spurt
Brody Lopez
Shit here's hoping I grow a couple inches aswell, it would really come in handy since I'm 5'11 and my gf is around my height, maybe half an inch taller
William Powell
OH THANK GOD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE
THANK YOU Veeky Forums
So how long til I get back to normal?
Adrian Miller
>2000+17 >not masturbatin to trannies already
Gavin Ramirez
i definitely think i've become more manly since lifting. Dunno if its a chemical change or more of a character change though.
Luis Campbell
I always like to imagine how retarded girls like this look irl trying to take this picture, fake laughing for minutes on end as the 4th friend who's too ugly to be part of the picture snaps away so they can sit there for an hour afterward deciding which picture to post. One friend will say "you look so cute in this picture!" when really she's thinking it's the one that makes her arms look the least flabby so she wants that one posted. Then they debate about which bullshit philosophical quote they're going to put alongside the picture to make them seem deep and interesting
Nicholas Rogers
same thing is happening to me
Parker Rodriguez
sorry that she has a brain, trumpster
Jayden Murphy
>has a brain that's a good one
Brandon Perry
>brain >anti-trump
pick one
Isaiah Nelson
hey, but they dislike trump, so they have to have a brain
Blake Rivera
30 year old who started lifting at 27 here. I experienced something similar. It's a combination of actually get exercise, fat loss, and test increasing. You feel like it's puberty because you're used to being a sedentary piece of shit with no sex drive.
Wyatt Barnes
When I started lifting I grew an inch and a half taller. Not sure if that's what you mean
Connor Perez
Lucky you. I'm 29 and have been lifting for a good few years and I'm always tired and never wanna beat off anymore.
Benjamin Taylor
Who gets razors for free? They're expensive.
Juan Gomez
Paying for razors is voluntary.
Landon Rogers
Your kidding right? By that logic so are tampons. It's not like they were around 300 yes ago.
Anthony Rodriguez
Do I need a GF? I don't have one... (me)
Gabriel Bennett
ikr
Evan Anderson
In some states razors are not taxed, and in the same state(s) tampons have a luxury tax.
Jack Russell
>I'm horny all the time, I get zits (haven't had any in years), and my very modest beard growth is growing thicker.
experiencing the same exact thing at 27 y/o, wtf
Brody Torres
Oh I see so razors are comparatively free. Over here in a less civilised country we only have GST and things like cigarettes and booze have sin tax. I would be pissed in that case to.
Cooper Foster
>have had acne since 18 >now 20 >didnt have it all through highschool >grew from 5'8 to 5'10 during that time >think ive stopped growing >acne hasnt gone away
what does it mean
Ethan Sanders
yeah I had a 2nd puberty when I started to lift and a 3rd when I started /fraud/ing
Nolan Thomas
This. I love how the west is so grossly fucking unhealthy that we call the symptoms of living a healthy lifestyle a "second puberty."
Robert Hill
Yeah after lifting my face become much more defined despite gaining weight. Voice got deeper, grew an inch, beard became less patchy, grew more bodyhair. It's pretty great desu.
Nathan Russell
>left grill will never be your lawfully wedded and monogamous wife
Brayden Martinez
>hates trump >monogamous hahaha you thought
Julian Powell
She looks like Kennedy Leigh, but I don't think she's a whore. Just a Normie sloot.
Landon Brooks
Normally I see pierced nipples and assume degeneracy, but holy fuck sauce.
For 40 states, his statement was utterly disingenuous, as tampons are subject only to sales tax and no "luxury tax." Referring to sales tax as "luxury tax" is a fairly common diversion in discussions like this in the US.
A further five states specifically do not tax feminine hygiene products (sucks to have a penis), for which is statement was a blatant lie.
The remaining five have no sales tax at all (save possible municipal taxes).
Matthew Green
I love that site, thank you.
Chase Rodriguez
made me giggle
Hudson Gonzalez
GROWTH SPURT, BABY! YOU MIGHT LEAVE THE MANLET LIFE BEHIND! I'M CHEERING YOU ON, BREH.
