I had bulimia. I gave up on life and stopped throwing up but didn't stop eating like a monster and drinking tons of milk.

Yeah pretty much. I had like a half gallon of milk a day. I'd say most of my weight loss is attributed to only drinking water now.

You probably weren't 345 beforehand. Even at a generous 5 pounds of excess water weight, that's more than a pound of weight loss a day.

You're either running an unhealthy/unsustainable deficit or you were probably closer to around 330 when starting.

Holy shit. I was 220 at 5'10 but now I am fucking stuck at 175 for months.
Any advice? I've started cardio nowadays and have been lifting for a long time

Forget cardio, I was doing it for a long time and for the last 10 pounds, you really need to push yourself, cardio won't do shit.

I became lean with HIIT, sprinting uphill for 20 seconds and then jogging for 30 and kept doing that until I reached the top of the hill, I was doing that 3 times a week while lifting.

Also, eat normally but cut sugar and don't starve yourself, you don't need to diet, the uphill HIIT will take care of that.

HIIT is too intense man, it's like another workout for the legs and it is fucking brutal.

You have to be intense if you wanna look intense, brother.

I was doing uphill HIIT after leg days, even if my legs were sore.

It's brutal for sure but it works.

Routine wise, I just do compounds with accesories thrown in like pull ups, ab workout to strengthen your core for your deads and squats to further progress, ect.

I never really counted calories, just ate whenever I was hungry.

There was MMA footage of a couple of Brazilians fighters sprinting up Favelas and getting lean AF.

If these guys can do it, so can you.
