Everything is working, made it to day 7 of perfection, lost 12 pounds, brain functioning better, had sex with wife for the first time in like a month.

Enter tv commercial for the grand mac.
I broke.
Drove straight to macD's, bought just the burger 800 kcal plus.
Scarf it down in my jeep cuz have to hide it, wife is so proud of my chicken breast and broccli tupperwares.
It tasted so fucking delicious, 10/10 shit food and totally worth it, depression sets in because broke my streak, at least didnt porn still. Felt bloated entire rest of day, skipped workout, literally fucked in general.

Wake up this morning, step on scale.Lost three pounds. Take out wifey's back up scale, lost three pounds.
Call doctor bro, tells me that fats and carbs overload from that one meal could have shocked my system with loss results but highly unlikely. No good explanation.

tl/dr, go eat the new grand mac and loose 3 pounds immediate.

dont remember what the effect is called but when u restrict calories and then eat a big meal your body flushes out a lot of water it was holding on to which results in weight loss

I feel you bro. I was at 153 this morning and I'm currently at 156. Wasn't aware that I ate 10,500 calories in the interim period. Or maybe it's just normal weight fluctuation throughout the day and who fucking cares there's no need to start a whole thread about it.

OP here thanks friends. idk if it is anywhere else i bought this in north carolina. And yes macD's is always shit and fast food photos never live up to the advertisements, but I am dead serious this was actually as advertised and just as it looked in the picture.

I've been bulking on 4 mcdoubles every lifting day desu. Cheap and good satiety, might do 2 mcdoubles when I start to cut.

Dude it's cool. I'm on the 2nd month of a year long cut and am down to 210 from 220. Every week I have a fun meal, usually McDonalds or Taco Bell, and have around 1000 calories of their stuff. I still stay under my calories the rest of the day. Just one meal and it takes the edge off for the rest of the week.
