Gym opens at 6, I need to leave there by 7h15 am to get to school on time. So I get about 1h15 per day to work out, 3 to 5 times a week

What would you recommend if my main goal is to get strong? I did some wl and pl style programming before and preferred wl training. Problem is my current gym gets all pissy if we drop the bar from overhead, despite having bumper plates. So I'm not sure how heavy I can go.

As you were so polite I'll elaborate a bit. Your lower back is working hard to stabilise and protect your spine when maxing out, compiled with form break down (back rounding) it's working even harder. No true max pull is ever pretty or clean, so some soreness may be normal, but definitely not s good sign if often.

What helped me through my lower back injury was strengthening my core, lower back and spinal erectors big time.
Snatch grip deadlifts, side bridges, planks, reverse hypers, back extensions, curl ups.

Whatever you want really, just try and do some to prevent injuring your lower back in the future,

After a (unrelated) knee injury, I'm basically starting from square one in the squat in terms of technique.

As you can see, I have long femurs which result in a lot of forward knee travel. I'm trying to reduce it as much as possible to take pressure off my knees by sitting my hips back and leaning forward more.

It's been so long since I squatted I completely misgroove the first 2 reps, but what do you guys think of my technique overall? Anything I could try to further reduce pressure on the knees? I've been toying with a wider stance and consciously forcing my knees out.

I'm not built to squat at all and it's frustrating as fuck.

also it looks like the bar is exceptionally low on your back but I can't really tell. forward knee travel is fine if you remain in line with your toes and your heels are on the ground to the point that you could almost lift your toes off. They've done studies showing that stressing decreased knee travel might decrease shear there by about 70% or something but increases shear at the hip about 1000%

widen your stance. It will help with forward lean and forward knee travel. It looks like you are not breathing into your diaphragm and bracing properly. This may be due to it being 135 though.
If you wanna go super low knee stress look into westside style box squats. They have you bring your knee behind your heel.

What's wrong with him wearing knee sleeves and wrist wraps? Knee sleeves don't do shit but keep your knees warm, maybe if you buy them two sizes too small you might get a little bit of a "boost" out of the hole. And wrist wraps are there to essentially take pressure off your wrists, usually allowing for a closer grip and a tighter upper back as a result of that. People are so damn autistic about this stuff. They're not helping you lift the weight.

Don't skimp on the volume for the main lifts
Get more sleep than you usually do
Don't try to lose 10kg in a week
Take Zinc and maybe vitamins supplements if you're restricting your diet to microwave food and shit.
Eat your fats and your proteins.

I've had people cut while doing sheiko and still make very good gains at the end of it.

Just don't overdo it to the point where you pass out in training.
