Why the fuck is my deadlift so much stronger

More legs for you my friend

...

How do I into stronger OHP

Might have shit form. You need to keep your back straight all the way, just standing up with the weight doesn't count.

Arnold press is good for shoulders and triceps. Idk how much it carries over strength wise but you can build massive shoulders with Arnold press and lateral raises.

long arms or bad form

i got sick and lost weight and haven't tested maxes in a while but these were what i had when i stopped my LP program a month ago.

going to start doing PPL 4-5 days a week.

3 months lifting

I have been running a bodysplit for 5 months

pls respond

...

Don't see how this is accurate without at least taking height into account.

I do bent over rows, how is it different from pendlay rows?

link?

pendlay rows are bent over rows with your body parallel and using exposive movement (accelerating the weight up to your chest) iirc. You are likely doing them already

>mfw i can chinup weight of the entire planet

my body isn't parallel, it's in a diagonal

Why would long arms make a difference?

Am I still dyel? Even normie dyel?

The way I see it is I'll be dyel until I reach 1/2/3/4.

>implying anything less than 2/3/4/5 isn't dyel

5'8, 190 lbs, natty

lifting for roughly 6 years. thinking about hopping on gear though. wonder by how much my lifts would go up

My poor little squat. 6' 4" 210lbs

...

what routine

1 year in
>20kg diddlys away from teal man

Don't go on gear!

lmao that squat, how often do you squat?

PH3 for 2.5 months from nothing.

I can do 15 pull ups but it wouldn't let me enter that, so I guess my lats are by far my strongest group. I guess that makes sense because I bent over row as much as I bench.

been lifting about 1year and 3 months

65kg 6ft

The Press when?

6'2 210 for reference

lifts are

ohp: 70kg 1rm
bench: 100kg 1rm
squat: 145kg 1rm
conventional deadlift: 160kg 1rm
chinup: wheight added: 25kg reps:5

That's pathetic. Just transition.

29 Bmi, you're close to obese buddy.

>tfw squat more than diddly
