After 5 years of bro-splits lifting for aesthetics in the hopes of getting a gf I've finally given up and accepted the fact I'm no social enough to get a gf.

So I've decided to switch to strictly powerlifting. I'm pretty weak with barbells because I've always used hammer strength plate loaded machines and pin loaded machines, so I won't be able to jump straight onto a intermediate routine. That said what would be the best option for me to start my powerlifting on? I'm thinking of starting with SS.

yeah man just do SS and eat 3-3.5kcals. If you've been lifting for 5 years you can probably add in a little more volume with accessories but don't let it stop your progress on the main lifts.

I can't seem to grind social skill experience points. Most of the time people notice my lack of social skills and it's obvious they feel uncomfortable and it makes me just go silent and keep to myself.

I missed out on some important psychological development as a kid/teen/adult so I'm basically fucked when it comes to socialising. I've accepted this now and I'm moving on with life and changing my life goals, one of these goals is switching from aesthetic focused brosplit to strictly powerlifting routine.

How is that bait? Lol. I know my OHP is at the level of people here that deadlift 200kg. I never really learned squatting/deadlifting properly and have rarely done them, mostly stuck to leg press etc. Same story with bench, I've most may stuck to chest machines. OHP is probably the only lift I've done more often than not out of the 4 lifts. I actually got my OHP 1rm close to 100kg back when I was doing it 3+ times a week and obsessing over it.

That's actually not that bad, your lower body is lagging behind which is bad for powerlifting, but your ohp and bench are decent, maybe not for 5 years or powerlifting but you are not a beginner either

I suggest doing smolov Jr for squats to get it fast at good numbers, then you can start texas method

I find SS is too low volume for the time you have been lifting, try Stronglifts or something with more volume so you can at least get stronger faster by taking use of your work capacity
