Any tips on dripping ~25lbs in 3 months?

My highest working sets are below but i deloaded everything but bench.

do your cut slow and make sure your diet's on point. my advice would be to not cut carbs out completely and change your routine up a bit, esp in terms of volume.

not him but yes, for sure APT. Do stretches daily and you should see an improvement. Check for forward head posture and rounded shoulders too while you're at it. Seem to have rounded shoulders somewhat. All fixable tho, keep at it user

ideally you should do both. you could try alternating heavy and light days or warm up to something really heavy, then do lighter sets with more volume.

what worked best for me was moving to an upper/lower split and lifting every other day- no cardio. being on a deficit affected my recovery time so i would do a push movement followed by a pull movement. that way i could recover more between exercises and my lifts didnt suffer as much.
