plank I can hold for 4+ minutes so thats tedious aswell

How many leg raises can you do? I'm personally doing 4x50 while adding +5 reps every 3 days. It's starting to get tiresome since every set takes 2 minutes to do.

My gym has an ab crunch machine but the pad hurts my chest. Like, it's hurts because it's pushing against my internal organs and shit. Is this normal for the machine or is the pad just garbage?
