Gain 5lbs question

Hi fit!

I am 6'5, 177 lbs and I would like to go up to 182 lbs by the end of winter.

I don't think I will get any more noob gains, because I have been gaining muscle for about 2-3 years now so I am out of arbeit-macht-frei mode and well into ottermode.

I can only afford very little meat, so I have a mostly veggie diet.

Can I gain 5 lbs of muscle by the end of winter if I lift for 3-4 days a week and do light cardio?

Have you done a real program before or just fucked around in the gym doing whatever you felt like? 177 is still very skinny for being 6'5

Sub out some veggies for as much peanut butter as you can stomach and maybe some cheap carbs. Peanut butter is honestly the poor man's greatest bulking aid, whether you're doing it lean or dirty.

Easily.

Just fucked around. Tried to focus on the big 4 and cardio, with a few supplemental stuff for core, forearms, and calves.

If you are 6'5" and 177 lbs you def have more noob gains to go. Sound like you need to eat a lot more

And get a real routine. What r your stats? Post a pic please.

OK so do a linear program like SS or SL. Without a program and plan for progression you cannot see whether your training has been effective. Make sure you are eating enough protein and calories, chicken breasts and peanut butter are reasonably cheap ways to get a lot of protein into your diet. Both diet and exercise are important to gaining muscle. Doing only one is like trying to write a story with just paper or just a pen. You need both.

BBBBBRRRRAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPP

>6'5" 177lbs
>well into otter mode

Nigga you must be a deceased Auschwitz victim, and no you can't gain 5 lbs quick after noobgains.

Do a 200-300 kcal surplus, 2 p/w frequency, 2-4 training days, heavy lifting and get stronger.

Whey, casein or albumin is cheapest good protein, after that; chicken.

Pic is me at 196 lbs 6'5" 11% and I am barely an otter.

Someone tell me if this is a boy or a girl so I know how to feel.

mirin' gains

>6'5"

>tfw only 6'3"

Sorcery?

Reverse image search says it's a boy.

f-fug

try counting macros
i'm personally stuck in a predicament because i'm new to counting my calories/ macros and lifting in general with only a year into it

me for example im 6 foot and weigh 165 pounds
with a daily goal of
45% carbs
20% fat
35% protein

so far im having a hard time keeping my fats down cause everything has fucking fats in it. today i hit 36% fats and i didnt eat any junk food

on another note
anyone have any suggestions for what to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks?

>5 fucking pounds
Eat one meal you skinny idiot

i need sauce on this pls

sauce?

This.

Everyday I eat:

3 fried eggs
1 cup oats w/ honey and blueberries
Whole milk

2 tuna sandwiches (1 tin)
Apple and maybe 5 tbsp peanut butter
Water

Protein shake

1 cup rice
1 chicken breast
1 cup vegetables

Sometimes I'll eat another Apple and peanut butter as a snack. If I eat that too I can get to around 3400. I'll admit eating this everyday is boring as hell but I'm poor so it's what I do.

>I am 6'5, 177 lbs
>I have been gaining muscle for about 2-3 years now

It's a dude look at the hands.

>acting like spanking is new
Search it on any good porn site

On a bulk you have a lot of freedom in your food sources. The most important things to consider are grams of protein and calories, hitting fat and carb macros isn't so important.

For breakfast you can make breakfast sandwiches every morning or you can make burritos and microwave them. You can put on whatever you want, the link is one of many burrito recipes and the sandwich I usually make is below

damndelicious.net/2016/08/10/freezer-breakfast-burritos/

Sandwich:
>Plain bagel
>3 strips bacon
>3 fried eggs
>mayo

For lunch/dinner usually some meat (chicken, steak, pork, tuna, ground beef, turkey) and a carb source like pasta, rice, or bread as part of a sandwich.

Nuts are good snacks for bulking as they are very calorie dense with high fat content and good protein. If you find yourself eating too many carbs they are a good solution.

A lot of what I recommend is high in sodium, which is fine if you drink enough water. 8 cups a day is bullshit as you ingest water from other sources as well but try to drink at least a liter daily, more on days you work out.

The most patrician fetish that I can't even explain why it's my favorite.

is nice bod user, 6'3"@192lbs myself, lost 8lbs over a week when I had flu :(
>tfw boss noticed on first day I lost day, it's only fucking 8lbs
hold me Veeky Forums
on a flip side, I'm getting closer to visible abs (14%BF roughly)

6'6" 220 lbs
so fucking hard to gain mass, so much space to fill, the struggle continues

>tfw no qt twink bf to spank in between sets

patience, we will be demi gods at the natty limit

Fuck sake can someone tell me if that's a guy or a girl, I can't jerk off before that.

Read the thread

you are on the verge of death from malnutrition you skeleton

you should weigh about 50lbs more, and that's conservative

sauce pls

This is actually a great meal plan. If it gets boring just buy a gallon of valentina hot sauce for 2$

what the fuck I've only been lifting 1.5 years, I'm 6'0" 215lb, granted I've gotten pretty chubby (20-22%bf my estimate) but I was 200lb by the end of my first year at around 16-18%

How can you be so light after 2-3 years lifting wtf your diet must be absolute rubbish
