eh I dunno user, BWG is more about tendons and joints, takes much longer than lifting if you just want muscle

Kinda dislike this one personally, according to Foundation push ups progress into dips, in general the progression is so fucked up, 4 pre-push up exercises? wtf

probably targetted at weak or overweight people who have never exercised in their life. hence startbodyweight.

anyways if I were to only do one of the two, should I go for dip progressions or hspu.

Ottermode is achievable, I doubt you can get big without adding weight

Dips if weighted if not do the hspu progression.

You should look how Foundation starts, if a chubby female who is over 50 with arthritis can do it, anyone can

I was a scaffolder for a few years, stuff like this makes my skin crawl.

Here's a picture I found with lots of bodyweight variations.

The device is like $800, but you can actually mimic it with a CAP rack and cheap one inch barbell for around $100.

i can do a beginner human flag, where i hold myself with the pole at my abdomen but i want to be able to do one like is there any specific upper body work i should be doing to directly help me with this other than pullup/dip work? i do dragonflags and shit so my core strength should be ok, i just dont have the upper body strength
