did db rows chinese style today, by bracing on knee. Bretty good, didn't cheat much and felt like I got way more scap retraction than any alternatives. 50kg for 3x15 each was a breeze

How do I do them?

regular db row, but with your off hand brace on your knee/lower thigh and row from between your legs. You'll be more upright than a supported db row

When I squat down, I can feel my left knee shaking slightly like it wants to come inwards with some pain unless I really try hard to keep it out and put my weight on it and then it doesn't feel shaky and no pain.

I read this is a hip stability thing? Is it a glute issue if I can't keep knees out? Which part of my gluteus do I strengthen for this and how?

He deadlifted 160kg with a rounded back, at the same time I also deadlifted 160kg.
He then did a 170kg pull to knees and failed it, while I had never gotten 170kg off the floor.

But last week I pulled 180kg and he hasn't even locked out 170kg yet.

For what it's worth, I notice a rather big difference in calorie needs when I don't squat, despite increases in deadlift volume.

My hips and knees won't stop cranking. Go down crack, up crack,stretch crack. Wtf I'm not even 30 and my joints think they be 80. What do I strenghen to lessen this crack.

Why do japs grip so wide? Whenever i grop that wide i feel way weaker, i've found that a grip that's like 1.5 times my chest width (so much narrower) is actually making me so much stronger and more comfy
