but it is really great exercise which many folks neglect doing or are too afraid since they can not move big numbers. It is the most manly exercise. Manlier than deadlift, which became women's exercise by now. I think lowbar squats is most overrated. At least here on Veeky Forums

Bodybuilding-wise, OHP sucks. I bench enough that my front delts are already big, no need for an exercise that targets them directly. And shoulders are my best muscle group
