I have the opposite problem
>squat 85kg
>bench 75kg

Seriously what fucking gives
Why is my dead so disproportionate
Is it just technique?

>bench 62 kg x5

>bench 105kg

your form is garbage.

deadlifts (and rows) are deceptively easy to get wrong.
follow this guide:
> stronglifts.com/deadlift/

pay attention that deadlifts are not squats and you shouldn't set up like a squat (I've seen too many people do this including myself at some point).
also don't use a wide grip.

>follow this guide
>stronglifts
The blind leading the blind.

say whatever you want about Mehdi, the guide is good. at one point I was stuck at 3 plate, getting grip failures for months. after I applied his fixes everything clicked and I was able to get to 4 plate after a couple of weeks.

Been lifting for 3 months, kinda plateauing now. I weight 80kg. Any advice?

You are deadlifting wrong then. My girlfriend can dead more than that, you are almost certainly strong enough to do double that

Bench 100kg
Squat 115kg
Dead 145kg

Swapping to db bench for a while made my bb bench results improve big time after I swapped back

In general try to do more sets and finish with a deload set for as many reps as possible. Make sure to progress on the deload set also

Sorry when I say do more sets I meant more lower weight sets and possibly fewer working weight sets

idk why but i have insanse deadlift to squat ratio.
its at like 2.8:1 rn
also im a manlet and pull conventional

Are you me?
>Squat 85kg
>Bench 70kg

stretch the shit out of your legs (and pecs)
had that problem too

Any recommendations for stretches? Will foam rolling help?

foam rolling isnt stretching, just make sure you stretch your hams, quads and calves, I don't know the names for the stretches I'm doing

Are you retracting your scapula and arching your back? Sounds like you're using shoulder muscles rather than engaging chest due to bad form.

just fuck my shit up

idk my hamstrings suck big time, i keep on stretching but I'm really a hamstringlet. maybe if I whisper "grow grow" to them while stretching

>bench 92,5kg x 5
>OHP 65kg x 5

Is this disproportionate?

It's my hypothesis that most men that don't work out and don't do a physically strenuous job that activates the chest can't even bench 100 pounds

You'll make it bros, just keep at it

how in fucking hell

It's okay leg and core man, you're gonna make it brah

>bench 25kg DB
>squat 80kg
>dl 125kg

I weight 60kg btw

LONDON

Film your form, find your weak points, add in accessories that target said weak points.

how do i keep scapula retracted?

I'm a boy.

youtube.com/watch?v=Qnh4__GuJ34

that doesnt show how to do it practically during Bench

We really have to standardize the way we count weight. Are you all talking about 1rm or what?

Include the REPS, lads

for me
It's the top of my pyramid, x5

Learn how to brace, ull the slack out of the bar to get everythig tight and start with a good starting position.

Supertraining06, on youtube, got a lot of really good videoes on deadlifts, so do starting strength.

How do I escape this T-Rex hell?

>DL 140kg
>bench 85kg

My squat is so fucked. Think I've got psychological problems with it

long limbs destroy your squat and bench, but give you an advantage on deadlift

you quarter squat

One month in, SL just werks

work in some *pauses* at the bottom.

drop down to 95lbs total (25 lbs per side), lower the bar to your chest. bar is still. count to three. press up, hold fully extended for a count of 2. repeat.

if you can get 6 reps, add 2 1/2 lbs per side and repeat. do pauses every *other* flat chest session.

That's pretty good for a first time

Are you a manlet? You look big, especially through the shoulders, for how weak you are.

>ohp only 15lb behind bench
>deadlift only 20lb above squat
Why

your hips shoot up and you lever up the deadlift weight, thats your problem

for reps
> ohp 40kg
> bench 74kg
> deadlift 116kg
> squat 52kg

I`ve been working out for 5 months now and I can bench 46kg for 4 sets of 6 reps.
Am I weak?

R u a manlet?

Also: I deadlift 70kg(my own weight) for 4 sets of 6.

Well, a bit, yeah. No worries though, me too.

I've been lifting the same time as you have. I can bench 55kg for 3x5. I can deadlift 110kg x5. I am 182cm and my bodyweight is a bit over 65kg so I'm still a skelly. What's your bodyweight and height?

Squat 150
Deadlift 220

Help

I' not the other guy, but I have the same stats as you but about 15kg on you, whats your squat and OHP?

>bench 110kg
>squat 120kg
>deadlift 160kg

i hate squads

1,80cm
70kg

Im losing fat, geting more definition, and gaining muscle, and also getting stronger. Fuck yeah nĂ³ob gainz
I dont count calories, but im sure im on a deficit, but I make sure I eat 5 whole eggs, 2 chiken breats and 1 avocado everyday. The edt is ramdom stuff.

Why not?

I suck at squatting, all pressing motions really lol. Squat is like 65kg 3x5 and OHP 32,5kg 3x10. I feel like I need to step up my game and learn to eat. Haven't gained weight in a few months, now I am eating more.

I'm relatively good at chinups though, I can do 10 reps with 11,25kg added.

it is always x5 m8

Reps
>squat 120
>dead 150
>bench 80

The deads are lacking a little bit but therwise I feel pretty proportional

and?

havent really lifted for a long time but heres mine
>Bench 85kg
>OHP 60kg
>deadlift 140kg
>Squat 80x5 (havent tried max)
I like to half ass my training and just do it for fun so they are in a pretty weird order but i dont care

If those are your numbers, you're not squatting to depth, I guarantee it

tfw weight almost 80kg
can barely OHP 35kg
what is wrong with me brahs?
I feel like I'm not advancing with OHP, really find this exercise hard

>bench 115kg
>squat 140kg
>ohp 67,5kg

>tfw weak squat

Tested numbers after 2 years training
Dead 150x5 - 170x1
Squat 120x4 - 130x1
Bench 85x5 - 95x1
Ohp 52.5x5 - 60x1

eat more than a salad for dinner

>squat 165 kg
>deadlift 180kg
>bench 120kg
>ohp 71 kg

>205kg squat
>85kg OHP
>110kg bench
>195kg dead

Those are my 1rm. But 195kg deadlift is a million times harder than 205kg squat. I feel like I'm about to die when I deadlift. My body is not built for deadlifts at all.

I'm even overweight (92kg / 190cm) but I started old (28) and after a severe car crash (broken hip among other things), I don't expect fast results, just approaching 1/2/3/4 is something I would have never thought

I like girls. Are you a girl?

No joke, these are my stats after 5 years of 'lifting'. I am still 108lbs at 6'1, up from 99lbs

>Deadlift 50lbs
Not much to say. Only thing I even do really, can only do this once a week. I did it twice one week and got violently ill the next day

>Squat 10lbs
This is a goblet squat with a kettlebell. I have PTSD (not the tumblr version) because when I was young a man with a metal rod for an arm tried to strangle me and can't do normal squats

>Bodyweight squat 108lbs

>Ab wheel rollout
I can't get very far, I basically kneel down and push the wheel 3 inches then my back hurts

>Bench press
Never tried

I am pathetic

how the fuck can you only pull 60kg off the ground?

this has to be a troll

>squat 120kg
>incline bench 160kg
>deadlift 70kg

82kg @183cm
>bench 90kg x 5
>squat 140kg x 2
>deadlift 170kg x 3

I seriously feel like most of you just don't fucking try hard enough. Are you really that scared of hurting yourselves? With that fucking babbyweights you will barely fuck your shit up. Also you should feel if something works or not. Just fucking try harder. I've been training for 8 months and my stats are better than all of you homo's

>a man with a metal rod for an arm tried to strangle me

lol what?
Did he just use the one hand he had?

Pls post body lol

And please also at least try making it

No he tried choking me with his rod arm by ramming it into the back of my throat

>Bench 1x90kg
>Squat 8x75kg
>Deadlift 8x85kg

Squat less than bench crew checking in

Please eat more.
You are allowed to kid. God wills it.
